At Planetary Herbals, Inc., we’re committed to protecting your online privacy. This Site is controlled and operated by Planetary Herbals, Inc. in the United States. This Privacy Policy and other policies on this Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. All claims, disputes, and lawsuits arising out of or in connection with this Privacy Policy shall be resolved or adjudicated in Santa Cruz County, California.

Planetary Herbals, Inc. doesn’t engage in directed marketing efforts outside the United States and doesn’t maintain any sales, representatives, or other office or presence outside the United States. We do respond to inquiries that originate outside the United States, including from the European Union, and we’ve taken steps to comply with the requirements of the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), but Planetary Herbals, Inc. is not required to register with any data protection authority.
